We were promoted in 2010. Just then our first project was created. Total time spent on the the first project development was a little over 1787 hours. At the same time on the conception stage creative team worked exactly 4 nights in a row.

This is the third version of our site. We do not want to create trite projects. The whole team works on each idea. We can always get fresh ideas that we will use. Each of our projects is the best!

Up till now we developed and introduced 32 projects. 4 more are in various stages of production, but each of them is close to completion. Another 2 concepts creative group is working on.

All 32 projects are successfully used. This is one of the most important criteria for evaluating our work. We do not stop communication after the project close-out. Necessary support is guaranteed to every customer.

We have developed our own system of talented employees selection. These are not only sophisticated algorithms based on the identification of professional qualities, but also tests for creative thinking, stamina, and even stress tests, sometimes include field sessions to the unusual and even dangerous places.

Excluding creation of the concept, for the first time all actions were performed not on the basis of the conveyor from one department to another but all experts at the same time. Thereby was created a unique product in the shortest possible time. Only 72 days!

We believe that one of the secrets of our success - the ability to manage generation of endorphins. In the office is always present in unlimited quantities chocolate, alcohol (Yes! Yes! Exactly alcohol!). We have a gym and recreation room. But the main thing! There are lemon and mandarin trees, which provide us with citrus fruit round a year, and care for the trees turned into a real ritual.
